Use this form to request deletion or deactivation of an app account. Helping Hands Cares may need to retain certain records when required for care operations, payment, legal, compliance, or security reasons.

Do not use this form for emergencies. For urgent medical or safety needs, call 911. For billing cancellation, also contact support or cancel through the payment provider when available.
What Happens Next
