These terms explain the basic rules for using the Helping.
No emergency use.
Do not use the app to request emergency medical care, urgent safety response, or immediate 911 help.
Access Terms
- The app is provided by Helping Hands Cares, LLC for wellness support, family communication, care coordination, prayer support, and community resources.
- The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency monitoring.
- Users are responsible for keeping login information private and for entering accurate information.
- Staff, client, and family accounts may have different access permissions.
- Client and family portal features may require an approved account.
- You do not need to be a Helping Hands Cares client to request community access. Client and family portal features may require an approved account.
- Access may be paused, expired, or removed if a payment fails, services end, or account use violates these terms.
- Accounts are for the assigned user and may not be shared outside the approved care circle.
- Users may request account deletion or deactivation at /account-deletion. Some records may be retained when required for care operations, payment, legal, compliance, security, or HIPAA-related reasons.
- Helping Hands Cares, LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue app features as needed for safety, compliance, maintenance, or operations.
- Misuse, unauthorized access, harassment, or attempts to view another family's private information may result in account removal.
